An initial deposit is required upon signing the professional services contract. For training and coaching sessions, payment is generally made before or after each meeting. For consulting engagements, we establish a payment schedule tailored to the duration of the engagement (monthly payments or payments based on key milestones). We accept payments by Interac e-Transfer or cheque.
