  • An initial deposit is required upon signing the professional services contract. For training and coaching sessions, payment is generally made before or after each meeting. For consulting engagements, we establish a payment schedule tailored to the duration of the engagement (monthly payments or payments based on key milestones). We accept payments by Interac e-Transfer or cheque.

  • Our fees are determined based on the nature and scope of the support provided. For individual coaching services, we generally work on an hourly rate per session or a flat fee for a block of hours. For group training and coaching, we generally work on a flat-fee basis. For consulting engagements, we prepare a customized proposal based on your specific objectives and the scope of the engagement. During our initial consultation call, we will discuss your needs to provide you with a clear and transparent pricing structure.

  • Absolutely. Confidentiality is at the heart of our professional practice. All information shared during our meetings, whether in individual coaching or consultations, is treated with the strictest confidentiality. This obligation of confidentiality is formalized in our professional services agreement and adheres to the ethical standards of the certified coaching profession.

  • For individual coaching sessions, we require 24 business hours' notice of cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will be charged at the full rate, except in exceptional circumstances (medical emergency, serious family situation). For group workshops or consulting engagements, specific cancellation terms are detailed in the service agreement, depending on the nature of the project.

  • If you need to reschedule an appointment and you notify us with 24 business hours' notice, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost, subject to availability. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and we strive to be flexible while respecting the structure of the coaching program.

  • Yes, you can end your coaching at any time. However, for prepaid packages, the refund policy is outlined in the service agreement. We always encourage open communication if you wish to discontinue coaching so we can fully understand your concerns and, if necessary, adjust our approach to better meet your needs.
